(Washington, DC) Following is an activity that may impact drivers and pedestrians moving around the District. The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) urges those taking part in the event to be aware of upcoming road closures.
Event: Chinese New Year Parade
Date: Sunday February 22
Time: 2 pm to 5 pm
Location/Parade Route: Start at 6th Street and I Street, NW; end 7th Street and H Street, NW
Festival: H Street. NW, between 6th and 7th
Street closures and times: Same as location/10 am to 6 pm
DDOT will provide traffic control support
MPD is handling all closures
